NFA 321- MEAL MANAGEMENT
Each student in Dr. Haynes' NFA 321 Meal
Management class serves as Meal manager in charge of all aspects of preparing
and serving a four course meal. Student Meal Managers are responsible for planning
nutritious and satisfying meals that are prepared with professional-class culinary
skills and feature upscale service from uniformed waiters. Requirements for
the experience include creative table designs, colorful centerpieces and creative
napkin folding.
