NFA 321- MEAL MANAGEMENT
Each student in the class serves as Manager in charge of all aspects of preparing
and serving a four course
meal. This includes planning a
nutritious and satisfying meal, with professional-class culinary
skills and
upscale service from uniformed waiters. Requirements for
the experience include creative table designs,
colorful centerpieces and creative
napkin folding.
